MEDITATION = PEACE
Have you ever wondered what social this social isolation means? We’ve been asked to a deep introspection in order to be able to recognize ourselves as complete begins.
As if it was a closet cleaning, we must see inside us and, with love and no judments, to look at what is no longer useful, what does not vibrate anymore, and what stands in our way as we move forward. With great humility, we must be able to observe what we didn’t want to face. In other words: Seeing our shadows and embrance them as part of us, by integranting them with our light and becoming unified beings. This we’ll be prepared to interlace with others, with Mother Nature, and everything that surrounds us.
How do I achieve this? Through MEDITATION. This is the perfect tool, the straighest path to your inner self.
Imagine the ocean. On it surface, big waves are created. However, as you dive deeper, waters flow with more calm, until you reach the bottle, where you find complete silence, tranquility and peace. Thoughts are like those waves, and what is the seeked through meditation is to acquire that peace, that calm, that lies underneath you. Even if its just a matter of seconds, that peacefulness is what needed to armonize your pshysical body and, slowly, begin to heal and integrate yourself.
There are many types of meditation: Active, passive, and many others. Find the one that flows the best with you, and start your healing process. Remember this is a personal path that no one can walk for you.
The benefits of meditation are greatest when practiced daily. Ideally, meditation can be done first thing in the morning upon raising, and then again, and the end of the day. This way you start the day feeling centered and balanced, after the morning meditation. The evening meditation is like a release valve, allowing any stress or tension from the day to simply drift away.
